Green weaps are the same as on eflyff.
Only Skeleton weapons are custom : you can find Lycan Varga in the North Kailung (blinks can be purchased at mysterious buffers for ex.) Right now the mob hits pretty high but has low def/hp.
As for A cards, they are dropped by mobs in the Valley of Risen. They drop more easely with party skills.
