Resolution

I can't figure out how to change the resolution. Can anybody help me?

Doesnt the option funtion on your patcher works?

But like Tracy says you can alter the resolution in the Neuz.ini file. This is a lot harder then using the option function on the patcher, since you have to insert the exact size that is supported by the game. 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x800 are pretty common.

The patcher only has 800x600 and 1024x768. when I change the neuz ini file and start the game it goes back to 800x600 everytime no matter what resolution I try.

In that case your monitor doesnt support the other resolutions, since mine does...

my widescreen laptop monitor does not support only 800x600 and 1024x668 resolutions. Something else is going on

I got widescreen laptop and 800x600 works fine.. But you can try 1280x800, 1280x768 or 1280x720...

My goal is to get the game to run in 1366x768 which is my monitors native resolution. 1024x768 has 2 inch wide black bars on each side which is a colossal waste of screen space. AOE is hard enough with a touch pad only getting to see half my screen just makes it too much work to even be worth it.
